We’re changing how associate dentists become owners

We help associate dentists start practices the right way—from vision to opening day.Ideal Practices has guided more dental startups than any consulting team in the industry. But what matters isn't how many practices we've helped open—it's how we help you open yours.

Every practice we build is 100% customized to you. Your goals, your values, how you want to practice dentistry, and what you want your life to look like—it all matters. That's why we don't use templates, cookie-cutter business plans, or one-size-fits-all advice.

No vendor kickbacks. No shortcuts. Just strategic guidance built around your future.
