Consulting Services

Scope and Engagement

Our consulting services are provided under a separate consulting agreement executed between Ideal Practices and each client. Nothing on our website, in our free resources, or in any event or course constitutes the establishment of a consulting relationship. A consulting relationship is only formed upon execution of a signed written agreement and receipt of any applicable fees.

No Guarantees of Outcome

Dental practice ownership involves significant financial risk and business complexity. While we have helped more than 900 associate dentists navigate the startup process, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, income level, timeline, or outcome for any individual client. Results depend on factors including market conditions, individual effort, financial circumstances, and decisions made by the client. All guidance provided by Ideal Practices is educational and advisory in nature.

Not Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice

The information and guidance provided by Ideal Practices, whether through consulting, events, courses, newsletters, or any other channel, does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or medical advice. We strongly recommend consulting with licensed professionals in those fields before making major financial or legal decisions, including decisions related to practice acquisition, real estate, equipment financing, or business structure.
