But life took a dramatic turn when a severe asthma attack landed her on life support. In the face of overwhelming adversity, she didn’t give up—she redirected her determination into a new mission.

She found that mission in dentistry.

Michelle fell in love with the business side of dental practices, especially when she realized just how many dentists were struggling with the parts no one teaches you in school—hiring, management, finances, marketing, systems. She saw how often talented, passionate doctors were held back not by lack of clinical skill, but by lack of support and strategy.

And she decided to change that.

Now, Michelle leads our Startup MBA program at Ideal Practices, guiding future practice owners like you through the business side of dentistry—step by step. She was even tapped by a nationally recognized bank to help create their dental startup curriculum. But what drives her isn’t the accolades. It’s her desire to help doctors like you build practices that reflect their values and serve their communities.
